I just love watching people from different cultures trying our American foods. Usually they really enjoy it. This is how people should always be sharing and enjoying each other’s foods, music, etc.

Fry bread, wheat, fish, pork , chicken and beans what the land has to offer. Native Americans only hunt and take what's for dinner. They respect Life. Native Americans are humble. Never seen or eaten cornbread solid in the middle, ours crumbles so it can be put in milk, beans, soup, and lots of other dishes.

So interesting to hear their impressions from a complete blank slate - they've never had anything like it. I find it curious that noodles made it all the way from China to Italy and are still cornerstones of both cuisines... but pakistan never got into pasta? I heard "vermicelli" mentioned. Apparently thick pasta is undesirable to their taste, and I can kind of see why. Bland on its own, chewy, stretchy. I also see a common theme of them wanting more spices and seasoning.

My introduction to sushi was a friend offering me a ball of wasabi to eat. I ate it. Hilarity ensued. I soon after tried the actual food instead of just the spicy condiment. Sushi/sashimi are now among my most favourite of foods

It would be really entertaining to get them to eat pork.
